As Found Calibration

Provides a check on the performance of your pipette, prior to servicing or as part of your regular checks. No adjustment to the pipette is made; this is purely a statement of how the pipette is performing:

• Pipette checked against the manufacturer’s specification¹
• Certification of Calibration provided for each pipette, showing pass or fail
• Calibration Date Sticker to show the next calibration due date

² On multi-channels, two readings are taken on EVERY channel at the appropriate number of points for the service level.

• Pipette externally cleaned
• If necessary, your pipette will be adjusted to comply and recalibrated to manufacturer’s specification¹
• Certification of Calibration provided for each pipette, showing the results and any spare parts fitted
• Calibration Date Sticker to show the next calibration due date

This is a great choice if you have very large numbers of pipettes, and / or you wish to keep costs down if you do not quite need everything from our standard levels. QuickCal offers a great-value calibration check and service, as detailed below:

• Calibration Date Sticker to show the next calibration due date
• If necessary, your pipette will be adjusted to comply and recalibrated to ISO 8655 specification
• Service Report showing details of all pipettes and any spare parts fitted. (A Certificate of Calibration for each Pipette can be provided at additional cost.)
