Polypropylene or polystyrene tubes. Leakproof push-on polyethylene cap (sold separately) with a ribbed plug to clamp firmly on the tube.
Centrifugation rates: 15,000 x g (PP), 7000 x g (PS). Temperature use: -50 ºC to 80 ºC (PP tubes* with cap) / -10 ºC to 70 ºC (PS tubes with cap).
*PP tubes without cap are autoclavable (temp. use: -80°C to 121°C)
