Quality and business policy statement

STARLAB believes that its market expects a constantly improving service. We aim to continually improve the service we provide to meet our customers’ requirements and to provide a service that we can justifiably be proud of.

STARLAB aspires to achieve the above with the mechanisms of our integrated Quality Management System complying with the requirements of recognized International Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 17025:2017.

All personnel within STARLAB are responsible for the quality of their work. STARLAB provides training and has established systems to assist all personnel in achieving the standards required to meet objectives and key aspects of our service delivery.

Our objective is to be an expert partner and are committed to meeting the requirements of our customers’ offering high-quality, high-performance products and services whilst continuing to learn from feedback as well as legal and regulatory requirements. We place our customers at the centre of our activities by being innovative, sincere, reliable, and efficient, we offer our customers a consultative positive experience with a sense of confidence.

Our corporate sustainability means striving for the shortest distance, the continuous reduction in consumption of resources, producing the least waste and recycling of materials where possible.

Starlab commits to providing a safe and healthy work environment by reducing and preventing risks to eliminate work related injury and ill health. Workers and worker representatives participate in the development, planning, implementation & performance evaluation of the OH&S management system.

The management team have created and maintain a constantly improving Quality, Environmental and OH&S Management System whilst achieving our business objectives by adopting risk based, forward thinking, evidence driven decisions.

This Policy Statement is published and communicated to all members of staff and interested parties. At each management review, our performance in conforming to the Quality, Business, Environmental and OH&S objectives are evaluated. The Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring the status of the quality management system and reports through regular management meetings to the CEO on the system's implementation and effectiveness.
